Dear Craig,
Thank you for responding to my email so quickly. In a strange way it is reassuring to know that the Board takes this issue so seriously.
I remain resolute in my concusion that the Board acted prematurely and without due process. Michael has assured me that mediation was not offered and copies of minutes were made available. To question these minutes would be to question Sheila Thomas as well. I know both Michael and Sheila to be honorable and people of their word.
I strongly desire to remain a part of TCAN as a volunteer and supporter. Michael did start the ball rolling as you noted, but you fail to finish that sentiment with the acknowledgement that a huge part of TCAN is Michael. You said that you choose to support TCAN, but I assert that one cannot support TCAN without supporting Michael Moran as well. The concept of TCAN without Michael is null and void.
I suggest that the differences between Michael Moran and the Board are healthy and conducive to a strong and thriving TCAN. I believe it was Sophocles who proposed that the interaction of a thesis and an anti-thesis produce a synthesis.
For the vitality of TCAN and the continued sucess of making downtown Natick a thriving economic engine it is imperative that Michael Moran is reinstated as executive director.
Sincerely,
Daniel Heafey

This was not sent to you by Michael. This was sent to you by Daniel Heafey. You have exposed yourself for the biased partisan that you are. Your email to me confirms that you are not fit to serve. Your personal feelings cloud your judgement. You do not deserve to have a say in the affairs of TCAN.
Daniel

Who in heaven's name is Daniel Heafey and why should I give a hoot re his opinions. Tell me, what have you done for TCAN lately other than blow a lot of hot air.Put your
money and some volunteer time where your mouth is and help TCAN benefit the metrowest community. Anyone can send e-mails and blah-blah. Have you ever tried to get all the facts of MM"s dismissal or do you simply go through life jumping to conclusions without expending a little time and effort to understand.

I think the one blowing hot air is you. I have volunteered many times over the years and have been involved since the first meeting. The big murals that hang in the firehouse were painted by me. I have helped on several phone-a-thons.I am always providing phsical labor as well.
I am awere of the facts surrounding Michaels dismissal, and I certainly have a right to gripe about it. Michaels dismissal swowed that the board is ill prepared to function adequately.
