3/15, the day before the board voted to terminate founder and director
Michael Moran, the following petition was sent to TCAN Board of Directors
by a number of key volunteers and event leaders. The board subsequently
asked for an interview with members of this committee. At this meeting,
the committee entreated the board to not make so hasty a decision
and to please find the wisdom to enter mediation. The Board thanked
them kindly and ignored them completely. This group of key volunteers
and event leaders now call themselves the TCANites.
